Dr. Hosun Hwang was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained my medical concerns and answered all of my questions.
My daughter in Florida was able to listen to the doctor and he was very attentive to her concerns
They set my surgery before I even met the doctor. They said I would be seen by his PA at my pre-op appointment, but would be able to meet the doctor the day of my surgery before they took me back. I demanded meeting the doctor first, so they set up an appointment then left me sitting in the waiting room for over 2 hours before they came out and said the doctor was running behind but the PA could see me. I cancelled the surgery and scheduled with another doctor who was equally qualified but without the arrogance.
Seemed dry and cold could have been better.
The providers and staff are top notch every single time. Very thankful for the care received.
