I have been going to this car wash for many years. Went on Sunday for a wash and as they were driving my car out from the machine my tire cover was hanging off the back, it's a Rav-4 and it ripped the seam straight off. I pointed out to the worker and Manny the supervisor came over to look at damage. He said not their fault. I said well you can at least throw in a free car wash since I am going to have to pay someone to fix the cover. He said no. I find it funny they are willing to lose a customer for life over $13. I've only been here a few times; which the wash was included with the oil change. Each time, the detail to the inside of the car was lacking. I was displeased :/ Customer service behind the counter was very pleasant though :)
I spent $27.99 to get my truck washed here. There was still dried soap on the outside, windows were not cleaned, and armor all all over the paint where is was put on the trim. In addition they left a wet towel on my leather seats. This was my 3rd and last time using this car wash!
Just a warning to potential customers...DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! I brought my car in there, spent nearly 200.00 for a wash/detail/wax & got my car back to find my gear shift indicator was messed up. I spoke to the manager who was the biggest arrogant asshole I've ever met, he called me a liar & said it was already like that & it looked normal which it did not. I never write bad reviews but this is absolutely insane. My fiancé and I brought our car to Hospitality Car Wash off Winchester rd. They scratched the tint on our back window we went back 15 min later when we realized what had happened. It was just after 4 when they had closed they were all drinking in the parking lot and told us there was no way they did it. Argued with us and invited us to come watch how they wash cars tomorrow.
