Good luck if you are in a wheelchair. I will pray for you. I had an appointment and after my appointment I went to the front desk to change some information. They pulled me out of line, told me to wait at window 4. I waited and waited and waited. The entire line was seen. The other windows were empty. The person at window 4 took forever. And when they were done, the window closed and the person went and did other things. After 5 more minutes I went to the bathroom. I got back in line.
