The navigation there was really easy and the parking wasn't bad at all. All the staff was really friendly and I didn't have a single negative experience.
They got one star, because it was better when they first opened up!!!!! Went to the ER due to being in an accident with head, neck, and shoulder pain. I started to leave when I got there because the room was full at 1:10pm. I signed in and @ 1:45, I was called to the triage room, but never given a ID wristband. Returned to my seat and listened as they called the same names over and over, no one answering or acknowledging. Very rude lady who takes down questions and weight, and hours upon hours waiting
Love the staff and doctors’ here especially Dr. Fuller, and Dr. Patterson. Melinda is my favorite nurse, and I met Jayda tonight who greeted me at the front desk and is really kind.Kristin another nerve was very kind as well! I hadn’t seen Dr. Fuller in a long time, so I feel real blessed
The contact phone number listed on the website just rings and no one answers. This beautiful hospital is wasted on employees that just don't care about giving patients any information. I tried several departments the phone keeps ringing
