Best hospital evere no waiting,purely professional 👌
My review is base on the new medical west in Mcalla . This still a horrible place to be if you are think to go here place doesn’t if you do not have too. I am here now with my son for the last 3 hours who have the risk of concussion after fell on concrete baste his lips and hit his head. They still said that we have 6 peoples in front of us which is a lie.
My mom went here for leg pain after braking her femur back in October of last year and they did a x-ray & told her she just pulled a muscle when she could barely walk then prescribed her medication that she couldn’t even take because Of other medication she was on a few days later she had to go to the hospital Through ambulance And have Emergency surgery because the rod in her leg Had broken in half and was too long Very irresponsible & Neglectful place
The night shift nurses in the UAB West emergency department are rude and insensitive. The experience was HORRIBLE and I'm being nice about it.
