I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding my recent experiences at your facility. During a visit in January, I suffered the theft of my wallet and jewelry while under your care; unfortunately, this matter remains unresolved, and I have received no compensation. Great experience for a medical procedure. Can not say enough about all medical staff involved. Very professional and courteous.Very nice facility also, top notch. Highly recommend Dr. Prime and all the UAB professionals at UAB West.
They suckkkkkkk !!!!!! How yall build a new hospital yet the emergency room wait time is still the same, slow as hell. My husband was in pain all day and we get to the emergency room just for us to wait for over a hour and still not be seen. They lazy and don’t wanna work. Why are we calling people back 1 at a time like it’s only 1 doctor back there ? Like how is the the only emergency room in Bessemer/Mccalla ? They need new people ASAP !
I don’t remember all the people who interacted with me for my procedure, but Scotty and Joe and Robin and all the RN’s in the operating room were top notch. Dr. Chen was very professional. I can only tell you how impressed my wife and I were with the staff at UAB West. Everyone, from the greeters to other staff were most cordial and helpful. A great experience for us. Thank you.
