My dad is in a nursing care facility and has been a patient with this hospice company since last winter. While in the facility, my dad has gained some motor function but depends on a walker/chair to be able to ambulate. This company abruptly decided he no longer needed hospice care. The issue is how they went about it. With no notice whatsoever, they showed up at my dad's room in the nursing home, asked him to get out of his walker/chair, and took it from him leaving him no means for independent ambulation. RecommendedHospice Select took care of my husband with Dementia. They were so caring and helpful. I could not have kept him home if not for them. Shout out to Carol, Chuck, Rachael and all the wonderful people there
This company is nothing like they portray to be. They use people as well as take advantage. The do not provide good service and always under staffed with Nurses and CNAs. They are not family oriented and most definitely not Christian base as they say they are. The workers in office has no Hospice experience. They want all there friends to work for company. Great experience with Hospice Select. They treated my Grand Mother like family and their response time was amazing. She passed away free of pain. The RN, CNA and Chaplain were at my home when she passed.
Hospice Select’s team of care givers are so special! They care for both my parents and I absolutely love both Carol Lipscomb and Chuck Taylor. I HIGHLY recommend Hospice Select!!

Do what you say you're going to do! I'm writing this for my Mother who is their patient for now but as soon as I can find another company, I will change. These people do not have it together to be in the business their in!!! Poor communication is right, mixed messages, bad information and never on time and it's about to give me, as my Mother's caregiver, a heart attack!! Don't recommend this company at all!!!!!!!
