The whole team was great! I met so many people including nurses, social workers and the chaplain. I liked the whole team
On a 10 point rating, I'll go with an 11! All have exceeded my expectations! Everything was so helpful every step of the way. We received spiritual guidance which was so helpful. You are all very much like angels! " In regards to Aftercare " I didn't know this Aftercare service was available.This service is so comprehensive! I can't thank you enough for all your help. Kelly Charles, RN was wonderful. She truly cared about my aunt. She was very communicative and always called to keep me informed of what was going on. I am very grateful to everyone at HOTSC and had a wonderful experience.
