They let my brother pass in peace
Should check your staffs social media , never would I ever have family involved here considering how a particular staff behave and treats people in the community I can’t imagine how they treat others in their care.
I do whole heartedly recommend Hospice of southern Maine, all of whom I have come in contact with have always been caring compassionate sensitive to your needs and the needs of your family members. Blessed to have them on our team.
I can’t write enough words to describe how well my grandmother was taken care of at the Gosnell House. I’ll never forget the compassion and kindness that those hospice workers showed to my dying grandmother and her family. We are forever in debt to these people and god bless them!’
Very caring, loving people work here! Everyone was very pleasant/helpful and helped make our stay there very welcoming. They helped make my nephews last days very comfortable. I am forever grateful for this place.
My family and I would like to thank everyone at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice Home for taking such wonderful care of the woman who was our mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and dear friend to all. It is such a beautiful place, with such caring staff for the patient and their families. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making it home away from home for all of us, including my dear sweet grandmother. Thank you all for providing such a warm, caring place in times of need. You are truly a blessing to all. ❤

Offering help and support constantly. I definitely felt the staff treats their patients with dignity even after they pass as they clean things up and prepare the body for departure. What a feeling it was to walk behind my loved one as they wheeled her out the door and looked back and all the staff was standing there at the door as they loaded her ... read more
The staff, and volunteers were amazing during the last week of my moms journey with Alzheimer's. Thank you doesn't seem like it's enough to show our appreciation❤💜
I would like to thank the staff of the Gosnell House for the wonderful care of my Uncle Raymond Moreau in his final days. The nurses are caring and compassionate. They made difficult days brighter! A special thank you to Terry RN and Mary CNA for putting our minds at ease! Their professionalism and compassion was above and beyond. Our evening nurses Erica and Cheryl were amazing! Thank you all for making a difficult time a little easier!
