RecommendedMy dear mom Eunice Zimmerman passed away on Tuesday January 22nd at Hospice of Rockingham. Everyone from the In-Home Care Team to the Center Team that touched our lives were truly remarkable individuals. The love and care they showed to my mother and to our family will never be forgotten.
The Eunice Zimmerman family cannot thank the team enough for the loving and supportive care that our family received. From the start of the journey with the fabulous home care team to final days and hours in the Inpatient center, we could not have been in better hands. Everyone that touched our lives these last 5 months helped to make a really difficult time into a beautiful memory! The Hospice of Rockingham County “ angels in disguise “ Thank you ❤️
My mama was under their care & received lots of loving care until she passed away recently. Wonderful group of people. I would like to really thank Meagan for all the extra special caring calls. Ms Mona was able to get my mama to eat fried apples when she wouldn't eat for anyone else. Thanks to Ms Redd for all the great talks with mama. Beautiful grounds to step out and clear your mind when you're in lots of most painful heartbreaking times. Again thanks for caring for Mama and so many others.
I have had a couple of family members and friends spend their final days at Hospice of Rockingham County. You will not find a more loving and caring environment for your loved one.
Caring for the terminally ill emotionally & physically at the upmost respect no matter who or where you come from. Mom & Dad used their services and they were fantastic to them and me.
My mother was placed in hospice in 2013. She had Alzheimers. The caring and compassion from the nurses was amazing to see.
I've had several occasions to be with family or friends at Hospice of Rockingham County. They have always been so loving, caring & kind to not only their patients but also to their families & friends. If ever Im very sick, that's where I want to be my last days of life. God Bless All of the Hospice Caregivers. Im sure it's hard on them to.
Just because you are there that is no reason to stop feeding you are give you water. No wonder life goes faster at these places because they take away all your body needs.
The staff here is very caring and compassionate. My dad and our family were given exceptional care during a difficult time. I can't thank them enough!
