I can't even give this horrible place one star. My father went in on a Friday for observation and by Sunday he was dead. Saturday morning he was unconscious with a tube coming out of his stomach to pump out the vomit he had asphyxiated on. I have no doubt it was from morphine overdose. they want to continually pump patients full of morphine even when they don't need it. My father was in no pain. He had COPD. At the encouragement of the nurses, I was administering oral morphine at home to supposedly help him breath better. Af... read more

I'm sorry to say that my mother received terrible care during her 11 days in this facility. The facility is dirty, essential equipment is broken or unsafe, and staff takes no measures to wash hands or use hand sanitizer between patients. 75% of the nurses and aids need to be fired. They are cold, uncaring, and have no clue how to work with patients and families during such a difficult time. Did this senior care facility use current and safe equipment? Yes, the equipment is very advanced! Was this senior care facility's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was this senior care facility clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Does the staff at this senior care facility always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only client. Did the waiting room furniture appear to be clean? Yes

I give this place zero stars. They lied to us. We took my sister there to get better. She didn't come back alive. I believe she died from an overdose of morphine. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. Everything happened so fast. I was so confused with everything. These people are not one to trust.

Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment

Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

I have spent the last two years grieving for my father whose life I believe was ended under suspicious circumstances at this facility. Had I known what these people are capable of I would never ever have allowed him to go there. He went to be evaluated and never came home. Beware of overuse of morphine,morphine, morphine. It is THE drug of choice used by hospice.....and my father was allergic to it.
