The owner, Shiron Johnson, doesn't pay workers. She never shows up on pay day and has even been threatened with violence by employees who demand their pay (it's been that bad), and the ones who are smart enough to leave once they realize she doesn't pay are stalked by the owner. The owner is clearly defrauding medicare and violating several state and federal laws by operating without a licensed RN, volunteers, a freaking SOCIAL WORKER etc., which is required by LAW for all Hospice agencies.
