Very professional and very welcoming...we are still there with my grandma. But they do a very good job with my grandmother and as well to the family. Makes it less stressful for the circumstances. Glad the family decided for my grandma's stay to be here at hospital alliance.. very great full for all the nurses as well as the CNAS on all shifts.
I cannot thank you enough for the wonderful care your team provided for my grandmother. It made the time we had just a little less stressful. Your nurses and C.N.A's are top notch. Thank you so much for your fantastic service.
I can't begin to explain the gratitude I feel for the Angels that took care of my Mom the last 6 months of her life. I arrived home in time to say goodbye to my mom and comfort my dad. The hospice staff was so very caring and understanding and allowed us the time we, I needed to say goodbye even after she was gone. They truly are Angels.
Both my parents were there. The care they received was exceptional. After they were gone the grief support was very good for all of us left behind. I would recommend Hospice House to anyone.
The staff did such a great job with my mom. It was a comfortable home environment. I'm so glad we had the opportunity to take her there for her last days. The staff also followed up with us after she passed and did wonderful grief support. Thanks again for all your help!
