This office has wonderful staff! They are always attentive to my needs and my pets' needs.
The Vet that I had to deal with was cold an just not sympathetic. They did all this stuff on my cat, then came in an said there's nothing we can do. So we had to put her down. But did they charge us for everything I didn't ask for them to do. Of course. An it left me two months catching up. No never again will I go to Northside Hortons. The one to go to. Is the one on B70 behind toys r us. Beth Hussi is the vet. She is great.

Not only have they cared for my animals for the last 15 years, they have went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable for myself and my animals. The employees have always welcomed me with a smile and are excited to see our animals and help them either get better or continue their wellness checks and provide the best help I've ever had. Thanks from myself and all my animals you have helped over the years.
My cat's leg was broken. I was afraid his leg would have to be amputated, but Dr. Marshall was able to save his leg. There is no evidence it was broken. I also appreciate the postcards to remind me when it's time for a checkup! Always very professional and kind!
Best animal care I've found. They kept one of my cats healthy and happy for 18 years. And since have nurtured a starving, sick, wormy lost kitten I took in back to complete health! I'd recommend them to anyone!
I loved this place. They treated Fatboy really well and our newest addition, Tucker, today. Very friendly and made me feel very comfortable.
