They were able to get me in same day, as a new patient. The Covid restrictions have made it difficult for Dr’s to speak with patients but Dr Meyers called me and talked for 15 minutes. He answered all my questions, concerns, and provided all possible options. I had a very bad experience at the emergency vet on Sunday and Horton went above and beyond to make this great for my dog and me. I will take my dog here from now on.
Dr. Fox is truly one of the best vets we have ever had. Over the last 2 years he has taken care of both our dogs for multiple illnesses/ and has always had their best interest in mind. I always felt like he gave me all the information so I could make the decision that was best for my pet without judgment. He truly is in the right career and we couldn’t be luckier to find him. I don’t know where to begin. When my dog Meia tore her CCL and needed it repaired we saw Dr Meyers for a consult. I had had trouble finding someone to operate on her because she was missing her other back leg. Dr Meyers walked in and said he saw no problem and that it would be just like any other repair with a little adjustment to recovery. I called, told them the situation and they immediately knew what to do and they got my pup in as soon as I got there! Almost no wait time. You could tell they care deeply for animals and always do what’s best for your babies while caring for the owners too! Dr. Meyers and the rest of the staff are by far the best I’ve ever dealt with. Very encouraging and very confident people. Which is exactly what any pet owner wants! Someone who knows what they’re doing! Thank you guys
