RecommendedGreat with my furbabies!!
We called first thing this morning to get our dog Sully in for a badly injured nail and they got us in within 30 minutes! We've always been blown away by their customer (human and pet) service. If it's urgent, they'll always try to squeeze you in so your baby isn't in pain. I thanked the staff multiple times this morning but it just didn't seem like enough!
Dr. Fitzpatrick and Dr. Chiloji have been wonderful in guiding us through this journey with our sweet 10 year old maltese that was just diagnosed with lymphoma. Everyone at the office has been compassionate and caring.

Horton Animal Hospital NE is AMAZING!! There are 6 vets and they are open until 7pm most nights and on Saturdays, so you almost always can get in for an appt. Their front desk staff is great! I am always greeted with a smile and kind words! Their doctors are knowledgeable, experienced, and so gentle with my animals! Plus they have a state of the art facility, with just about every diagnostic tool you could need-even ultrasound, dental X-rays, and in house bloodwork. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else! Walked in with my cat with a broken leg... Was told they cant see him because they are booked... but if i pay $125 right now, all of a sudden they arent booked and could get me in right away. Zero concern for the health of the animal, more concerned with getting off work when normal business hours are done, even though i arrived well before they closed. They were kind enough to offer me an appointment and i could just hope my cat heals correctly. Wouldnt even look at her.... freaking pathetic.
The staff and vets are amazing.
I've always liked Hortons Northeast. The doctors and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. And, the kindness shown to us by Dr Meyers when we had to put our boy, Trooper, to sleep, was really appreciated. It made a really hard day, just a little bit easier.
