Very nice place and friendly people. On the river and has a wooded island on the way. Pool and hot tub are beautiful. Close to restaurants and stores. Lots of trees.
Different rules for different players... unsavory. Lack of maintenance leadership. Activities director needs serious help now. Rules unenforceable. It's easy; maintenance people see full dog poop buckets and they drive right. Blight exists on several sights.
Clean and neat very nice people those that live there and those that work there!
Beautiful place so peaceful and friendly people wonderful atmosphere
Really beautiful getaway and just a short trip for us, over the Punta Gorda bridge and relax with friendly people.
