We've lived in the Cove since 2008, and because it's still such a great olace, we're still there for as long as able to. This rating due mostly to the people that live there as a wonderful place to live.
Very nice park with friendly people and a host of activities to interest everyone.
Actually we love it. Jan thru March 2016, 3 months, was our fifth winter here and we have paid deposit for 2017. It is a beautiful park on the river, close to I 75 and SR 70. Easy in and out and great, but hard to get, pull thru sites. Great clubhouse and recreational facilities, good staff, bath facilities but they could use some improvements. Beautiful place with awesome residents. They are the best! Our neighbors even loaned us a turkey pan to cook our Thanksgiving dinner.
