This place came highly recommended and was excited to have my car with all the extras. Left car there and a week later had not heard anything. Very hard to get in touch with this company ! On the day he said it was ready I picked up car and paid cash. After driving a short distance I went onto the turnpike. My car immediately showed red lights and it shut down so I could only go 20 mph! Had to call a tow truck and the company refused to pay the tow truck and stated it was not their fault! I bought a gtr that was tuned by this shop. Did some work that required modifying the Haltech map. Found out HPLogic did the work. Sent a simple email asking if they could provide the password to the map on my car to make fuel adjustments. They refused and suggested that I buy a tuning session instead to make said modifications? (who locks maps for a noncompetitive street car with bolt ons btw?). Decided to just start from scratch instead of having to pay $100s each time I need to make a change to a car I own. Best shop! Your not going to be upset with anything you buy or get done here. I bought a Skyline from pictures and their reputation period! Flew from Ohio to Florida on next flight available and drove my car home with no issues then and to this day 9 months later no issues. Roberto, Jack, and staff know what they are doing when it comes to imports and tuning. I’m slowly building my car at home with great support from them.
A local guy got me started on a tune for my car wasn’t bad but definitely needed some work. Jack went in and cleaned a lot of things up and is also doing my tune for when the car gets boosted. I would recommend jack to anyone who doesn’t have a good local tuner.
Hp logic is the only one I trust to build my cars. I came in knowing what i wanted and left with what I asked for!! Any time I needed something new while building they called me and gave me the option. Instead of throwing parts on and charging me. The staff are nice and professional. The shop Environment is awesome. It will blow your mind with all the cool cars they built and are building. Also the Tuning at this shop by jack is on point. The best tuner I know!! Hands down.
