Butch helped me out with my bike over the phone while I was on vacation. Professional and provided exceptional customer service
Somebody named Kim blew me off pretty hard when alls I wanted to know is if the softail slim had any other options other than a pillion that I could get. I guess not.... Didn't get an answer of any kind.
We were very interested in one of the bikes listed on the webpage. So I tell my husband to go look at the bike. I get a phone call from him later after he had been in the store. He said that three people sat at a table ,looked at him, never acknowledged him(one being the sales manager)and never asked if he needed anything and allowed him to walk out of the store without asking him any questions.
