I order a new battery cover. Was told it would be there in a week. Week came no call. So I called it’s not there. I asked don’t u have tracking. Guy in parts said ya saids next Wednesday. Well I call the next Thursday and it’s still not there. So I wait a week call again he saids he has half the stuff. The band that goes over the cover is missing. customer service is key.no matter how big or small the sale. its the lasting impression that will have ppl keep coming back or never gracing your Establishment again. customer service was horrible.
Customer service is terrible. The females were too busy having personal conversations with customers that the male employee was taking care of. Then when we were upset and leaving the store after being there for 15 minutes with no assistance, the one female starts talking about us to the other people saying we were pissed off and then proceeds to argue about why we were upset. Poor customer service. Will never patronize this shop again.
