My husband Dan and I just got back with our new bike! We love it. We want to thank Paul, Eric and Drew!! Awesome, caring and very thorough people. It was and always been a pleasure working with Eric (Horny Toad in Temple and now Fort Hood). There are not enough words to express how we felt and feel about the friendship and caring for our needs and wants. Thank you, thank you to the entire Harley crew there (Scott and his crew). Skittle is a wonderful free-spirited soul and it was a pleasure seeing her again.

I would like to think John in parts. I looked all day for a tire for my bike. Called 5 different dealership and everyone said it would be 200.00 to overnight the tire. See we have a benefit for a fallen brother in two days and need to ride. Well John Stepped up and got the tire overnighted for free. We live in Huntsville but I hesitate to use them again. Thank you so much yall rock.
Today's visit reaffirms why HTHDFH is my favorite dealership on the planet Earth. My bike needed new tires, brake light switch & a full 20K mile service. Parts confirmed that all anticipated parts were on hand in advance. Daniel Cabral (technician) did all needed work & adjustments. After his pre-service test ride, he asked me about difficulty finding neutral. I told him it was sometimes difficult & he did some clutch work which made it buttery smooth again to find neutral. We had a wonderful experience buying a bike today. We definitely recommend working with Ashley she is awesome. Ashley is professional, honest, and has great attitude. She is very knowledgeable about the bikes and products of Harley. Ashley was able to make sure the bike we were interested in was available on the lot. This bike is very hard to get due to selling out rapidly because of high demand. Thank you Ashley for being a wonderful with customer service. The next bike we buy we will definitely work with her again.
