Called 3 times spread out over a MONTH and no response. Even mentioned the previous calls. Irresponsible. What if someone were really in need, reaching out and asking for help, and then they just NEVER HEARD BACK? Reckless and unacceptable. I will never go here.

I've been dealing on and off with H&P for years and have had nothing but frustrating experiences. It is impossible to reach anyone by phone, which makes scheduling problems challenging, they force you to keep a credit card on file and have overcharged me in the past. The therapist I went to was sub par and the psychiatrists are just glorified drug dealers. They spend 10 minutes with you, give you a script and you're out the door. I've been struggling for years about whether to seek therapy for several personal reasons and decided to try my luck here. I saw a psychologist, Melissa Hochbaum (sp?), as their psychiatrists weren't taking any new patients at the time. My overall experience is that I feel worse after having seen her.
