The dental technicians do a nice job. The admin needs work. I needed to reschedule my children’s appointments due to unexpected changes and it was so very challenging. Once I finally got through, admin was so frustrated with having to do their job. Sighed an unbelievable amount of times to look up another day and time. I believe these individuals get paid to do this - which may not be the amount they desire. I am not paid to take on such rude, disrespectful behavior.
