First and last visit I had was back in 2021. I was 18 and had been dealing with acne for so long and finally decided to do something about it. I’ve never been made to feel so disparaged as when I came in and had every question shot down and concern dismissed. I tried asking as to whether it “was hormonal” because I noticed more flare ups around my cycle.
