AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! They are not BBB Accredited!! This was my 2nd time dealing with this company due to my Home Warranty Service assigning them, and they are now blocked from my account!! The 1st time my fridge went out they forgot to order the part, and when I called to check they then took another week to order it, so I was without a fridge for 2 weeks. I figured it was bad luck. Hornet Appliance has the worst customer service every, they never call back when they say they are going too, I would never recommend them to anyone.... no stars for them at all. wouldnt' take it without a star they dont' deserve even 1/2 star.
