The owner has a lack of professionalism and integrity that falls heavily onto the business. Vehicles are put onto the lot before they are deemed ready by the mechanics, but Horne put a price tag on them anyways. The cars are overpriced and getting ahold of the establishment is difficult due to the phone number associated being Hornes personal phone. The whole experience was drawn out and more difficult than needing to be due to laziness and lack of work ethic.
Still never got back to me about financing a car. Called and tried to message I just went with someone else and got a different car.
His inventory is way over priced for cars that have issues with them such as leaks missing mirrors etc. also try’s to low ball and give you less for your car then what it is worth especially with a car that has a warranty on its engine 💁♀️. I suggest saving your time and going some where else
RecommendedEric was transparent throughout and haggled reasonably with us. Concerns I raised during the test drive were addressed. Never felt rushed or pressured. A good experience.
John was easy to work with, knew his inventory, and very professional. Went there to help my cousin find a car. It was on-stop shopping, smooth and we left having found a vehicle that far surpassed her expectation at a price she could afford. I will definitely refer Horne's Auto Sales next time I know someone looking for a used vehicle. Thank you, John, for making the process painless and for getting her into a reliable car.
