This dealer was horrible! They made promises that were not kept. Got a call from the GM say how sorry he was for what happened. More promises and those were not kept! Do not shop at this dealer. They will screw you over!! They promised to hold the paperwork and not submit for finance I was paying cash. The submitted to financial
jorge did a great job. unfort. was unable to deliver the vehicle i needed, due to the inflexabilty of HORNE hyundai to outfit it the way i needed.

Nice people, good car salesmen. However I feel like I was forced to have a warranty as part of my financing. I was never given the option to have it or not.

I purchased the car but they added a $299 anti theft charge. I was told it was already done so the charge could not be removed. Fine print says it's OPTIONAL. i SAW THAT AFTER THE FACT. I would NOT RECOMMEND Horne due to this deceptive practice.
