Unresponsive, and inconsiderate appropriately summarizes my experience.
I was not happy with the level of service I received at this office and would never come here again. I had services done in 2024. Multiple errors on documents I had to point out twice, incorrect spelling information when I had to send a cheque to minister of finance, different answers to the same question about selling a house, response times very slow, and they tried to upcharge me for the services then originally quoted. I was using this firm for the month of May 2024. In that time the Invoice gobbled up my $5000 retainer, gave a certified copy of the original Will ,appeared to use our story as curriculum for the student training . We made almost no progress in our Estate litigation. Invoice states continuously: instruct articled student, instruct office clerk ,lots of legal research for student . Found another Firm . So many poor reviews for lawyers in Victoria. What happened to justice for clients?
I have switched away from this law firm. Not pleased with their lack of communication regarding fees and breadth of their will modification recommendation. I have switched to Infinity Law and am very pleased.
