Completely unprofessional. They are unorganized. Through us into collections over a bill they never bothered telling us about. They never respond to your calls, they never answer your emails, half the time they arent even in the office. You have rude neighbors who throw your laundry out on the floor because you dont get there quick enough i guess and then you get promised an apartment on the second floor with a washer and dryer hook up so you dont have to worry about that and then suddenly on move in day youre on the 3rd flo... read more
