The staff is super friendly and is quick to fix any issues my family has had. They were also very kind and wished me well wishes after having complications after giving birth to my son! The apartments are super beautiful and very cozy!
We have lived at Hornbrook Estates for nearly 8 years. We lived on the 2nd floor for 4 years. When my husband was not able to take the stairs, we were able to move to the 1st floor. It's a nice, inexpensive, comfortable place to live. Heat is included which is a wonderful benefit! The staff is quick to respond to resident requests.
nice layout, beautifully updated, and SPECTACULAR staff.. from understanding and professional management to speedy maintenance. totally recommended. this is my second time living out here.. this time I'm in the updated units.. oh, very quiet out here too. rent ranges for all types of budgets. you get what you pay for
We lived here for 6 yrs, you will have normal wear and tear on carpet, paint etc... These people charged us 2800.00 for carpet supposely trash(which was none there) and we moved out on the 28th of feb but they charged us for a half of month of march. Also watch out they will quote you a price. Then the rent will keep going up. By far this is the worst place I evered lived in. Save your money and find you a dofferent place. Or you will be sorry!!!
