We picked up our new embroidery machine at Gloria's yesterday. Gloria spent so much time with us, making sure we knew how to use it. Gloria and her staff were an endless supply of information and assistance. And her fabrics (even though I wasn't shopping for them) are beautiful! Beware: you enter her sewing studio as a customer, but you leave as a friend! I will definitely be back!

Absolutely wonderful day at Gloria Horn Studio! My friend and I wanted to look at quilting machines and frames. Gloria and her technician spent hours with us! (And Gloria even recommended a great place for our lunch break.) The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. One even tracked down an out-of-date quilt pattern for us and gave us the name of the fabric line so we could try to track it down on-line. Above and beyond and totally amazing!
Rude unprofessional owner....... Signed up for seminar, was informed that because I work for another quilt store that I could not attend. She informed me that it was unethical and that I would not spend money in her store. She doesn't know me from Adam....... Then Gloria called the store and proceeded to be rude and nasty to the other staff person. Talk about unethical! She actually hung up on me when I ask why she felt it unethical....
