Great work Great skill This was excellent work I was comfortable the whole time, they constantly updated me on the procedure, and now I have a full set of crowned teeth!!!! I have never felt so appreciated by a dentist. They have already set up following appointments for the rest of the work on my teeth, a very good team.

Poor Service I have dental insurance and I have to have a lot of dental work done and Horizon Dental wants to charge me for things that the dental insurance will not pay for like captek crowns, instead of using porcelain crowns. They do charge a lot and the office personal are rude.
Excellent place for a someone with dental phobia I HATE going to the dentist and have avoided it for years. I finally gave in when my gums were hurting way too much to endure. Ive been twice now and even brought my 2 kids in who are also a bit fearful of the dentist.
Fantastic Place, Great Dentist, Terrific Staff I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone! My two kids and I had terrific visits. The technicians were extremely gentle, patient, friendly and upbeat with the girls, through both the cleaning and the X-rays, even when my seven year old was having a tough time with the X-ray plates and was being really squirmy. Rotten Customer Service This dental office charges a fortune for a greyhound bus depot waiting room. The admin personnel do not answer the phone and ALL messages left on their recorder are not returned.
crowded, rushed, not thorogh I went to this office for a cleaning and they insisted on getting xrays done every though I had them at the last visit at a different office at my last cleaning about 6 months prior. When I scheduled the apointment they didn't ask to have my records transfered, but then would not proceed with the cleaning without the xrays. I refused the xrays, but eventually got a cleaning. I did not think they did a thorough job with the cleaning and their customer service was horrible so I did not go back.
