thank you for the excellent carpet cleaning service. we were very satisfied with the work. Sebastian with Horizons Carpet Cleaners cleaned the carpets in my home before I moved in, and the whole experience was excellent. The carpet had some dingy traffic areas, a few pet spots, and a light odor left behind by the previous owner. He even used a black light to point out hidden stains so I could see exactly what needed extra treatment. Michael was very professional and had a great work ethic. He was honest about what needed to be done, explained the carpet cleaning and water extraction process clearly, and did very good work. He responded quickly to our water issue, handled the cleanup right away, and cleaned our carpet thoroughly after the flooding. We were really impressed from the start when Isaiah gave us an estimate and was honest that one carpet might not clean up to the results we wanted. Later, after we spilled wine on another rug in Birmingham, he felt that rug had a much better chance of coming clean with the right carpet cleaning treatment.
