Michael was fantastic. Horizons Carpet Cleaners fit me in on very short notice after I bought a home and needed carpet cleaning right away because the previous owners’ cats had left urine odors in the carpet. Sebastian with Horizons Carpet Cleaners cleaned the carpets in my home before I moved in, and the whole experience was excellent. The carpet had some dingy traffic areas, a few pet spots, and a light odor left behind by the previous owner. He even used a black light to point out hidden stains so I could see exactly what needed extra treatment.
