The Property Manager is one of the sweetest Property Managers I ever met. She was very helpful and informative and made the process simple and easy. If the Property is anything like her it would be a pleasure to live there.
The staff was very helpful and professional during our transfer to the new unit. Shae and Rachel went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. The maintenance team was also professional and quick — a special shoutout to Simon and Swader for being phenomenal. As for the apartment itself, there were a few minor hiccups, so just something to be aware of. Overall, we truly appreciate the support we received. Be blessed!
Unqualified leasing agent! Roach problem rent is low due to being a bad area
HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS. MANAGEMENT SUCKS. THEY HAVE Roaches, pluming issues, management issues, overall apartment issues!!!!!!!🪳 They refused to answer emails or do anything about having an unlivable apartment. Apartments are wrost and Management are too bad they scam and take your money.I was there 4 months and I did contract 3 months before finishing I met them and told I need one month extension they said oky.I asked them do I need to do paper work they said okay you don’t have now I paid $1500 extra bcz of their careless management please be careful about this.
