We’ve been here since Timber Terrace opened and have been very happy with the building.  The common areas are cleaned continuously by staff who take pride in their work.  Outdoor space is also always tidy and well maintained.     It’s a good place to call home.

I have been a tenant at Laredo Grande for a few years and in that time I have received fabulous treatment from the staff. Today was an exceptional above and beyond experience with the property manager Darlene directly. I was expecting a package with Canada Post. It was showing delivered, however when I went to my mailbox there was nothing there. I called the 24/7customer service department with Broadstreet Properties and the representative was empathetic to my issue. She said she would send a message directly to the property... read more
