We had a wonderful experience living at Horizon View with my family for the last 2 years. The apartments are clean, modern, and well maintained, and the environment is safe and very suitable for families. A special appreciation goes to the management team under Dammy. I was a tenant of Horizon View for 2 and a half years. I broke my lease early and paid the early lease break fee. I maintained my apartment while I resided there and I also ensured that it was clean upon my departure. I expected to receive the security deposit back in full. However, the site manager, Dammy, claimed that they had to deduct $90 from my security deposit for "cleaning fees".
