Please don't make the same mistake we did: don't trust the deceptive sales guy who doesn't know how his company works. three months later after signing - we understand that the sales guy boldly lied to our faces and then stated "I never said that" - Please go with another company. If zero stars, I would.
I work in the solar industry so I'm very familiar with many different installation companies in California. I see much more than a customer ever sees. I have gained great confidence in Horizon Solar Power's operations. They are responsible and work tirelessly to make sure the system is installed correctly and continues to work correctly after install. We called last week because our solar panels that were installed LESS THAN 1 MONTH AGO stopped working. We called and they said the next available service tech is on the 26th, 3 weeks out! This is extremely unacceptable for ANY company to treat their new customers this way. They came out in less than a week when we wanted them installed on our roof of course, but it takes 3 weeks for repair on BRAND NEW solar panels. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, they SCAM with BROKEN PANELS, and whatever you do, DO NOT buy from them!!
Here’s what I don’t understand. You send your employees out to cold knock doors at 730 at night. And even though I have a “no soliciting” sign clearly visible, you get upset when I call you out on it? Don’t pretend to be SDG&E and then continue to harass me when I’ve said “no” and kindly ask you to leave. Safe to say I’ll never seek a service from you guys
Got a $250 Amazon gift card offer in the mail. No purchase necessary. Told them I already had solar. They said I was not eligible. SCAM! The mailer looks like it was from Amazon. Doesn't say anything about solar. Are we so use to being deceived that this type of marketing is allowed?
