I usually avoid leaving reviews, but my experience with Horizon Real Estate Management has been so frustrating and detrimental to my health that I feel compelled to warn others. Since the very first days I moved into my apartment, I raised concerns about the extreme temperatures inside the unit. In August, the heat was unbearable, I could barely breathe in my own home.
