I’ve never experienced anything as horrid as dealing with this terrible unresponsive unreliable deceptive lying human being in my entire life. His Real Estate license, if he even has one, should be revoked permanently immediately so nobody else has to get hurt!
John Taylor, simply put, is a terrible human being. Our rental was a foreclosure and locks were placed on the door the day we were moving out. After making our first moving trip, we returned to the unit only to find that we couldn’t get back in. Many of our things, including a TV, mysteriously vanished and blame was put on the owner who was in foreclosure. One star is too much for this Man and his Shyster company, Beware Property Owners and Renters. John signed a contract with us for $85 a month to watch over and rent our property. The contract is not worth the paper it is written on, he deducted $100 a month, never viewed the property, on a timely basis, never took or sent photos as promised in the contract. John Taylor does nothing. Filed a false summons , kept my security deposit and fixed nothing and had never been to the property. The contractor he hired said the guy never fixes any of his recommendations and is a complete scumbag .
