This place is a joke. I get that covid has changed things but they are supposed to help with drug addiction. Someone very close to me has been actively using for months and no one has tested them and even had FaceTime appointments and couldn’t tell that they looks terrible?!? How?!? These people won’t mind registering you as a patient of theirs to get paid off of your insurance and do a half job or no job at all. These people truly do not care. If anyone has any luck finding a company/therapist/psychiatrist office in Niagara Falls that actually cares please contact me. I’ve been a patient for 4 months and still not medicated. The psychiatrist will set an appointment with you and still not see you. The therapist will do the same.
This placed absolutely helped me change my life for the better great staff that you can tell actually care, Renee is an oustanding counsiler
