This place doesnt even deserve a whole star more like -stars. I had an appointment for 3pm it is now 507pm and the dr still hasnt come and seen me. How unprofessional she is. She went to lunch. I did not free up my afternoon and early evening for a damn drs appt. Because of the wait and so on I lost out on another appt i have for 445pm. I do not recommend this place unless you dont have a life or a job. Since they just assume you have all the timrle in the world to wait for them.
Rude and dysfunctional, the staff is awful. This place can’t even keep a doctor for longer than a month. Alliance Community health is one of the worst practices in jersey city. Both offices are terrible, and disorganized. Avoid it at all costs.
