I would like to personally commend Rich my hygienist. He did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. He explained everything he was doing which made me relaxized and comfortable.
I would never go back to this dental office again because I had a horrific experience with the dentist.
Customer service was excellent! They were caring and attentive to my needs.
I didn't get a new toothbrush, toothpaste, floss and mouthwash as usual.
I believe everyone on your staff acts very professional, is efficient, friendly, and helpful.
The staff have always been very friendly and treated me well when I visit Horizon Dental. I'm always made to feel comfortable.
The clinic is unsanitary and outdated, furniture is broken and unclean. Two of my family members were treated there. Both were overcharged for services, one service was never completed. I would not recommend this clinic.
THE most thorough dentist I've ever encountered. I was really nervous about having my front teeth capped, I've seen some horrible results. Dr. Karpa is a genius! Nobody has ever noticed that my incisors are capped (not even my own mother), they look absolutely natural. That was 7 years ago and I still haven't had one problem!
