I came in for a cleaning. My teeth were not thoroughly cleaned by the hygienist. There were 2 teeth with visible plaque and tartar buildup left untouched. Now, I have to come back for a follow up visit.

My dental tech was the best I've ever had when she cleaned my teeth she was very gentle no pain at all. She was great!!
It has been 8 months since I'd been there last bern there. I felt the office had deteriorated. Not the service but the overall appearance of the office. The floors were absolutely filthy and I even made a comment about it to the tech. Need to improve this or u will lose customers.
