Now that I have moved out from this place, I'd like to share my experience on the community, the buildings/surroundings, and the HoA board after living there for 3 years: 1. The community here mainly consists of younger first-time home owners (this was myself and wife), renters, and retired folks. In our building, we had very sweet elderly downstairs neighbors, but they had renters next to them that were occasionally loud and would blast music in their cars while sitting in a parking spot in the evenings. Units are extremely small. The unit I rented faced the parking lot. Constant noise and a man sits in the parking lot from 6am-11pm drinking, smoking, and using loud profanity. I contacted the HOA but nothing was done to rectify this. The signage within the community is dry rotted and the roads and parking lots are full of potholes. Over $500 monthly for HOA Dues to have grass cut. Patios Dry rotted as well. They charge you $500 to use the pool that's refundable when you move.
