Units are extremely small. The unit I rented faced the parking lot. Constant noise and a man sits in the parking lot from 6am-11pm drinking, smoking, and using loud profanity. I contacted the HOA but nothing was done to rectify this. The signage within the community is dry rotted and the roads and parking lots are full of potholes. Over $500 monthly for HOA Dues to have grass cut. Patios Dry rotted as well. They charge you $500 to use the pool that's refundable when you move.
