Horizon Commercial Pools was hired for the renovation of our HOA pool in the Fall of 2025 to fulfill the contract by Memorial Day 2026; however, the complete lack of communication and job fulfillment has left the community extremely frustrated and without a pool for over 23 days after Memorial Day weekend. We do not recommend their renovation department. The construction crew poured masonry material down our storm drains which isn't legal. Had a full open and a full close last year. I have used these guys for 10 years. And for that time they have always been super helpful knowledgeable and friendly to work with. They have all your pool and spa needs for a successful pool season
