Update: This is in response to their reply ro my review .. After the bad job they did, they have the nerve to want to charge $85 just to come to my house. If you want a professional job done on your windows find another company. Ya'll don't know the headache I had with this company. This review is way overdue but I had to share my experience. I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with Horizon blinds and more. I’ve been using them since I bought my house in 2021. They are always so kind and helpful on the phone. I just got one of my blinds repaired since it was installed crooked and they were so quick.
