Last year I started treatment with Nadiya. She misdiagnosed me with bipolar disorder and threw me on antipsychotics. She never told me she diagnosed me with bipolar disorder. I found out from my doctor, who found out from my insurance 6 months into treatment. I experienced the most anxiety I’ve ever experienced under her care and was suicidal. I have been to a lot of psychiatrists and MH providers over the year. This is by far the best My time is valued, my input and questions are valued. I am treated with respect. The whole team is great, but James and his team especially. Thank you for what you do :)
I highly recommend Horizon Behavioral Medicine. My psychiatrist, Dr. Samantha Sorgentoni, is skilled, friendly, helpful, and respectful of patients' autonomy. Also, when I recently asked her for accommodation paper work, the office responded immediately to follow through. Everyone I have interacted with in this pracitce has been professional, accommodating, and kind. Most fundamentally, I am confident in my care. Thank you, Horizon Behavioral Medicine!
3x I had to cancel my appointment bc there office staff and manager doesnt know to verify insurance. Twice I had my insurance provider call in and provide it to them and geniuses still could not get a scheduled appointment completed. Dont waste your time. Zero stars. Totally obvious all their reviews are fake.
