I want to give a shout out to Raquel. She is a great provider. She listens you. Feel heard when you leave. She’s very straightforward and will tell you like it is but it’s all in good taste lol! She’s helped me for the last 3 1/2 years and recently this week I have gone through it like I’ve never gone through it before and she was there to listen and you it’s hard to find a provider who cares enough and not just treat you like a 10 minute visit and here’s your medication she takes time she listens thank you Raquel. Horizon Behavioral Medicine takes the cake on being the best clinic I've visited since my mental health journey. The facility is always clean, and the staff is friendly, personable, compassionate, and genuinely cares about every client. Ari, the Clinical Director, is stellar at making sure clients are cared for and accommodated based on their individual needs. You really experience how much the entire team cares. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that genuinely puts their clients first 💜

I would leave a 5 star review but I am currently in crisis and unable to reach any provider; it’s scary they don’t have an on call doctor and I’m not sure how to get help.

I have been receiving services for several years. They helped me greatly. Dr. Ho and his staff are wonderful!
