I loved it at IMT miramar I was there from 2014-2017 the only reason I left was because I purchased a home. While I was there, they had a courtesy officer 👮 (miramar police officer) on site he was assume. The property is new the Appliances are Stainless steel and New. I enjoyed it. No issues at all. Kinda miss it there. Take a tour I bet you you’ll end up renting there. Not to mention it’s right off of the turnpike and in the heart of Miramar literally!!

The front office staff is excellent! Maintenance personnel work hard to assist your concerns. The property is beautiful and centrally located.
Imt Miramar is a beautiful property . It is well maintained . I’ve been living here for 2 years and I am extremely happy living here. The property is clean , the office staff and maintenance team have great customer service and they care about the property !! I give IMT miramar 5 stars ⭐️

My experience with living here at IMT Miramar is okay. The only thing I personally would like to see a change in is Management Jessica Thompson people skills. The staff Paulino, Amy, Victoria whom I dealt with upon moving here was/is good. Honestly, I think the manager needs to be more open and understanding. I have personally never had a good experience having to meet with her, to the point if I walk in the office and she is the only one there, I would turn around and walk out and that should not be if she is the Property M... read more
