Hired All Points Heating & Fireplace to replace a wood burning fireplace with a gas insert. The removal of the existing fireplace and installation of the gas insert was completed with courtesy, knowledgeable professional people from start to finish, and the finish product looks amazing. We had our direct vent gas fireplace replaced by All Points. It involved removal of old fireplace, reframing, adjusting existing mantle height, and replacing outside exhaust vent. There were several possible ways to go, and Eric did a great job planning the project, so that the end result was perfect. Horeco’s technicians were on time, great service, quick, efficient, timely, explained their installation process as they worked, offered any follow/up assistance if needed and were very informative throughout. On the other end of customer support, the sales group was slow in responding to our initial call, slow in sending us a bid, was unclear as to permit process (us or them), weeks after completion had not received a bill. Actually felt our business was not important.
