They showed without designating a time, waited for us to show up for work, did 20 minutes of work and charged for 2 hours. Please beware of overbilling. Make sure you ask the technician to explain the charges the day that they come. Called them to explain issue and they were very rude. We'll be looking for another company next time.
Top notch service and great products! These guys know what their doing! Honest and hard working! Christian helped determine old furnace needed replacing! So, we scheduled a furnace replacement. Tony was scheduled and promptly came out to install a brand new 90% Efficiency Carrier Furnace for a reasonable price. So happy I called All Points Heating! Would highly recommend!
Resolved issue with service agreement.
Have a 10 year parts and labor warranty and they refuse to honor it Don’t trust them!!
