Horeco’s technicians were on time, great service, quick, efficient, timely, explained their installation process as they worked, offered any follow/up assistance if needed and were very informative throughout. On the other end of customer support, the sales group was slow in responding to our initial call, slow in sending us a bid, was unclear as to permit process (us or them), weeks after completion had not received a bill. Actually felt our business was not important.
The All Points team installed 2 mini split units in my condo. This involved some problem solving because of HOA regs which were handled expertly. An issue with the electrical sub contractor was handled perfectly by AllPoints to my satisfaction. I can recommend them fully and without hesitation.
