I just can't say enough about the service and quality I received from Horatio. I felt like I was dealing with a friend that cared about me. I will always use him for my floral needs and he is in Oak Cliff!!! Cheryl
The floral arrangements provided by Horatio Flowers were absolutely beautiful. It's not everyday people are talking about how beautiul everything was and the flowers for a memorial service. I probably handed out at least 12 business cards for the florist. The price was well below the cost the funeral home wanted to charge - and the arrangements were unique - not just an arrangement out of the standard memorial guide book.
