For professional staff and a modern office I give 5 stars but for the ability to make good dentures I give ONE star. I can not dispute the previous 4-5 star reviews and my wife would likely agree with them but while my experience was generally good the results are not. My dentures were old and needed to be replaced The ones I received are too thick and ill-fitting.
